Ardis A. Heidebrink

General Manager
Ms. Heidebrink joined Universal Harvester Company in July 1973 as an accountant. In the years to follow she expanded her duties to sales and customer service. She was named President in 2000 and has remained in the position until the Company was acquired by Art's Way Manufacturing. Ardis and her husband (now deceased) farmed for many years and raised purebred Red Angus cattle. Her roots are strong and deep in the agricultural sector.

Murray Buchheit

Plant Manager
Murray join Universal Harvester Company in March of 1974 on the night shift while pursuing an Engineering degree at Iowa State University. After transferring to day shift, he continued to go school part time. Eventually graduating in business at ISU. He worked closely with the designer of the U-II reel in developing the concept and building the production line and today continue to oversee all design, production and plant execution.

Penny Titus

Office & Sales Manager
Penny joined Universal Harvester in 1989 as part time summer help, while she was going to college. She joined the Company full time in May of 2001 in the parts and assembly departments. Learning the business from the floor up, in 2004 she was promoted to her current position of Office & Sales Manager.
